According to the expert, head of industry solutions for the extraction of solid minerals at SIBUR Daniil Nazhny, each of the presented developments is capable of solving a specific industry problem: increasing energy efficiency, making the processing of poor rocks profitable, strengthening the mountain range using domestic materials that are easily install and transport: for example, using polymer anchor supports, which reduce the weight of the structure while maintaining strength characteristics.
The speaker emphasized that the main thing is the economic feasibility of introducing SIBUR products. Example: Russian components for explosives ensure stable detonation; polymer solutions make it possible to provide import substitution for components of shock wave tubes and maintain the properties of explosives in water-drained conditions. This allows you to reduce the cost of drilling and blasting and increase the productivity of the enterprise, which has been confirmed in practice by leading enterprises in the industry.
