According to the industry association ADEFA, Argentina produced 47,204 units (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles) in October, compared with 47,108 units in September.
Exports increased by 12.1 percent to 29,622 units, while domestic sales decreased by 17.4 percent to 44,801 units.

If only cars made in Argentina are included in the calculation, domestic sales increased by 14.1 percent to 181,063 units in the first ten months of 2025.
Martin Zuppi, president of ADEFA, said that exports in the first ten months of the year were the only indicator of a decline, due to problems of access to new markets and increased sales volumes.
