Thailand's Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Committee of the Ministry of Commerce announced that it has made a final decision regarding the investigation of anti-dumping duty (AD) on cold-rolled stainless steel products imported from China.
The Ministry has determined that imports of these products from China are subject to dumping, which damages the Thai steel industry, and has decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on these products from China for another five years, starting on November 10. As a result, the ministry determined that the anti-dumping duties will continue to be 8.50 percent of the CIF price for Ningbo Baoxin stainless steel products and 33.32 percent of the CIF price for Shanxi Taigang stainless steel, Tianjin TISCO and TPCO stainless steel, Guangdong Taigang stainless steel processing and distribution, and Shanxi Taigang stainless steel precision strip.
The goods fall under the item numbers of the customs tariff statistics 7219.31.00.10, 7219.32.00.10, 7219.33.00.10, 7219.34.00.10, 7219.35.00.10, 7219.90.00.10, 7220.20.10.10 and 7220.20.90.10.
