The Spiridonovskaya mine, which somehow resumed coal production in November, has received demands from 41 organizations in total. The largest amounts were declared by Ural Steel JSC for 2.38 billion rubles and the Moscow JSC "Infinity Capital" for 1.75 billion for unfulfilled obligations under the targeted loan agreement.
The tax office demands 17.8 million rubles. LLC "Mine Administration "Karagailynskoye" wants 585 million rubles under coal supply contracts, Aspect-Spets LLC – 250.3 million rubles under the contract, LLC "TsOF Tretyakovskaya" – 225.1 million under the contract for processing of customer-supplied raw materials.
"Spiridonovskaya" was declared insolvent on September 24, the arbitration commission introduced surveillance.
Recall that the miners quit the distressed mine en masse. Management promised to begin paying wage arrears on November 10. Kuzbass Minister Andrei Brizhak stated that all funds from the sale of coal from the enterprise will be used to pay off debts to miners.
