Tenaris acquires Beaver Falls Scrap Metal Warehouse to boost U.</p><p>S. Steel Production
Luxembourg-based steel pipe manufacturer Tenaris has announced that it has expanded its production in the United States by acquiring the Beaver Falls scrap yard in Pennsylvania.

Through its subsidiary Steel Recycling Services, Tenaris acquired a 39-acre scrap yard from SA Recycling. The facility is located directly next to the Tenaris steel mill in Koppel, Pennsylvania, which gives the company immediate access to a key stream of raw materials.

A strategic step to optimize production in the USA

By integrating scrap collection and processing with existing steelmaking operations, Tenaris aims to optimize the flow of raw materials and strengthen its internal production capabilities.

Although ownership has been transferred, SA Recycling will continue to operate the shipyard until early 2026 under a transitional agreement.
