The review, which was launched at the request of the local manufacturer InfraBuild, covered the period from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. The Commission has determined that the expiration of the anti-dumping measures in respect of rebar exports from South Korea and Spain will or may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material damage that the anti-dumping measures are designed to prevent.
Accordingly, the Commission recommended maintaining the duties and reviewing the new duty rates for the parties to be reviewed as follows:
