Brazil exported 8,531 tons of niobium ferroalloys in October versus 8,421 tons in September, according to SECEX data.
Exports in October were sent to Asia (6,434 tons, of which 4,511 tons at $27,264/ton to China), the USA (1,167 tons to China). US$26,640 per tonne), Europe (873 tonnes at US$28,563 per tonne), Mexico (40 tonnes at US$25,790 per tonne) and Argentina (17 tonnes at US$32,336 per tonne), all FOB. Exports were from CBMM, the world's largest mining company (6 806 tons at US$26,161 per ton) and CMOC (1,340 tonnes at US$27,853 per ton), while 385 tonnes at US$25,862 per ton were exported from facilities in the state of Amazonas.
