As stated in the documents of YUGK for shareholders, Mikhail Yurin, Deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ivan Markov and Alexey Matushansky, heads of departments of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ilya Karpov, head of the Property Relations and Privatization Department of the largest organizations of the Federal Property Management Agency, as well as Maxim Gorodov, Executive Vice President of Gazprombank, and Semyon Grinko, President of the Management Company of YUGK, joined the board of directors. Denis Alexandrov, ex-CEO of Petropavlovsk and Highland Gold, Dina Mikryukova, member of the Supervisory Board of the National Settlement Depository (NSD), and Ivan Danilov, Head of the Department of IGSU RANHiGS, joined the board as independent directors
