China Railway freight traffic grew by 3% to 3.378 billion tons in January-October 2025

China Railway Group announced that in January-October this year, total freight volume was 3.378 billion tons, up 3.0 percent year-on-year and reaching a record level in the first 10 months of the year.

In the first ten months of this year, China Railway completed coal shipments totaling 1.732 billion tons, including 1,178 billion tons of coal for electricity production.
