The approval covers the construction of a 700,000-ton-per-year DRI sponge iron production plant, a 1.2 million-ton iron ore pellet plant, an MS ingot production plant with induction furnaces, and a 10,000-ton steel pipe and tube production plant with additional facilities for the production of galvanized steel and ferroalloys, coal-fired a car wash, an oxygen plant and an 85 MW power plant, the company said.
