The IT market is storming: if 2024 was remembered for record budgets and the influx of new players, now the wave has subsided: there are almost no new employers, and competition has intensified both among specialists and among companies.
The main trend in the market is to increase labor productivity (primarily by reducing costs and personnel). The paradox is that economic difficulties are pushing industry towards digitalization and automation of production processes and, consequently, increase the value of IT specialists. Therefore, despite the crisis in metallurgy, coal and other industries, IT specialists remain in demand in the Heavy Digital Enterprise.
