Chinese steel company Fushun Special Steel (Fushun Special Steel) from liaoning Province announced the completion of the merger by acquiring its 100% subsidiary, Xinxing Special Steel Plate, located in liaoning Province.
On January 9, Fushun Special Steel received a notice of registration approving the deregistration of Xinxing Special Steel Plate, as well as the deregistration procedure for industrial and commercial steel companies are completed.
As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the purpose of the merger is to optimize the company's management structure, reduce management costs and increase operational efficiency.
