The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued a notice of extension of antidumping duty (AD) orders on prestressed concrete (PC) steel wire strands from Brazil, India, Japan, Mexico, Republic of Korea, and Thailand, and a countervailing duty (CVD) order on PC strands from India.
Commerce Department has determined that revocation of the orders would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailing subsidies, and material harm to U.S. industry.
