In April 2013, the Magnesit group, located in Russia, launched a new line of magnesian fluxes at the Gorlovsky Panteleimon Fire Mactory. The annual equipment capacity is 50 thousand tons. As the company assures, the entire production line was created from scratch. The achievement of its calculated capacity is planned in mid -2013.
Panteleimonovsky refractory plant was included in the Magnesit group in the first quarter of 2012. In the middle of the same year, the reconstructive work of the enterprise was started, as well as its technical update. Following the dismantling of old equipment, a more modern one, which meets modern standards, was installed.
The experimental batch of unformed fireproof marks Panslag P71, produced at the Panteleimonovsk Fire -Wonder Plant, was successfully tested in industrial conditions. After that, many large Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises expressed their interest in supplying these fluxes.
At the moment, the company is moving away from old priorities. If earlier it was focused on products for the March, then the production of magnesian fluxes is a new direction of the Gorlovsky plant. Along with this, it is planned to increase the volume of production of periLasoglerodic (PU) products. Floses are one of the most promising products that allow optimizing the costs of metallurgical enterprises for operation and repair. According to the director of the Panteleimon refinery Andrei Tolpygin, they effectively solve the issues of improving the lining of various thermal units. Also, according to the director of the plant, the updated dosage system will make it possible to improve the quality of production of puppies with a multicomponent composition.
In the next period, the company plans to start the reconstruction of the channels dried thermalpes, install new equipment for hot air supply and introduce a fully automated system of control of the thermal unit. Complete modernization should be completed in mid -2013. Thanks to this, by 2016, according to the calculations of the enterprise, the scale of the production of PU-OGNEUPORS should increase to 25 thousand tons per year, and the total load of the entire plant-up to 150 thousand tons per year. The size of investment in the reconstruction of the Gorlovsky plant exceeded 24 million UAH.
