The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its review of applications for anti-dumping duties (AD) on welded pipes from South Korea and Turkey, as well as applications for countervailing duties (CVD) on the same products from Turkey.
DOC and the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) have determined that the withdrawal of orders is likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping countervailing subsidies, and causing material damage to the U.S. industry.
As a result, the Ministry of Health continues to fulfill orders for the treatment of AD and CVD. The weighted average dumping margin is 6.22% for South Korea and 22.95% for Turkey, while subsidy rates are 1.31% and 152.98%, respectively, for Turkey.
