The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily assigned China’s Hangzhou Ailong Metal Products Co., Ltd. the China-wide antidumping duty rate of 255.07% on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube. The decision covers an administrative review period from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025.
The department said Ailong had not established its eligibility for a separate rate and therefore belongs to the China-wide entity.
Commerce is also rescinding the review for 39 companies because there were no reviewable suspended entries of their products during the period.
