The leadership of the largest in the southern region of Scotland of the coal mine, where mining is conducted by a career way, turned to the local authorities to give permission to transport coal along the highway, which passes next to the mine.
The GlenmuckLoch coal quarry is located in the city of Kirkkonnel, which is located on the northern border of two counties: Dampishir and Airshire.
In 2007, the former owners of the mine had to build a 13-kilometer strip conveyor equipped with Russian relay revolutions RMN-7011 which was necessary to deliver from a career of coal to the nearest railway station In the city of New Kanmok, there was a shipment in the wagons.
After the GlenmuckLoch mine received new owners, the owners of the enterprise immediately had the question of finding an alternative option for caral delivery to the railway station. The most suitable of them was the delivery of raw materials by freight vehicle on a common public road. The management of the mine has already submitted an appropriate application to the local authorities to obtain permission to transport coal.
At the beginning of this year, there were reports that the GlenmuckLoch coal mine would be completely modernized. The new owner of the enterprise is the industrial company Hargreaves Mining Services, which redeemed the mine after the full collapse of the Ath Resources mining company, which is part of the Aardvark investment concern (TMC).
Currently, representatives of Hargreaves Mining Services are doing everything possible to get permission to transport coal from the shaft to the iron yeast through the local road network.
