About 1000 people who work today at the YarGRK and associated enterprises will remain without work as a result of conservation of production and stopping the processing factory.
The Yaroslavl mining company (YarGRK), stopped in July, stopped in the production of iron ore raw materials, is preparing for conservation for a period of three years. This was reported by sources from Vladivostok.
The reason lies in the absence of a sales of fluorite concentrate extracted here. The owner of the YarGRK company Rusal said the project of mining ores in the Primorsky Territory is ineffective.
Today, all sorts of work are completely discontinued on the mine, 126 people are on forced leave. In addition, a simple YarGRK will entail a stop of a local enrichment factory in which more than 800 people are occupied.
The YarGRK is the only manufacturer and supplier of fluorite concentrate in Russia, which is necessary for the production of fluoride aluminum, which in turn is used in the release of primary aluminum. To date, the YargRK is 100 percent belongs to OK Rusal.
