The Italian police confiscated a billion euros from the Riva family. Even slags were taken

The Italian publication ANSA reports that the authorities confiscated the property of thirteen companies controlled by Riva holding. The value of assets estimates more than 1 billion euros.

All of August, the Italian prosecutor’s office insisted in court in the need to present to the head of the family of Riva Emilio Riva of the mass falsification of tax returns. Prosecutor Milan Francesco Greco accuses Emilio and two more leaders of the ILVA metallurgical plant of taxes in the amount of 52 million euros, unpaid by the enterprise since 2007.

ILVA has been in the center of political and trials since July 2012, when the prosecutor's office of the city of Taranto, in which the main metallurgical capacities of the enterprise ordered to stop production due to violations of environmental safety requirements.
