The US Department of Trade (DOC) announced on Wednesday October 2 that he received preliminary results of an administrative investigation of Nucor's complaint that the metallurgical company of Russian descent Severstal violated the terms of the exchange agreements in 2012.
According to the report, the US Department of Trade has previously established that "Severstal adheres to the terms of agreements" and that "the agreements function as it should be."
The final conclusions will be made no earlier than February 2014.
