Entrepreneurs of Ukraine do not need to run any more in certificates of changes in the USRPOU

The Ukrainian authorities have finally canceled the absolutely unnecessary bureaucratic procedure for obtaining a certificate from the State Register and providing it to tax services. Starting from November 20, 2012, officials of state bodies should receive information from the Unified State Register on their own.

According to the Committee of State Credit, today the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 949 of 10/17/2012 entered into force, which cancels the need to provide entrepreneurs in the state -owned certificates from the State Register of Ukraine.

Until November 20, ministries and departments, as well as executive authorities, are required to bring internal instructions and standards in accordance with this resolution.

The state monitoring of Ukraine explained that the procedure for accounting for taxes and fees payers, the procedure for accounting for persons carrying out operations with goods, the procedure for opening and closing accounts in the national currency in the state treasury service of Ukraine and many other regulations will be made in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet. It follows that the entrepreneur should not be attributed to the tax inspectorate.

In this case, the state -owned enterprise calls the business to completely refuse to provide certificates from the Unified State Register anyone. Officers can receive data from the State Register on their own, on the basis of a written request and completely free.
