Currently, the Kaluga region is holding a leading position among automobile manufacturers of Russia. So in 2011, about 200 thousand cars were produced in the region. The region has eight industrial parks. The youngest of them is the Industrial Park "Schudinovo". Therefore, the construction of an enterprise producing batteries should become the beginning of the intensive development of the region.
The General Director of the Serbian Concern Farmakon Miroslav Bogichevich and the Governor of the Kaluga Region Anatoly Artamonov signed all the necessary documents aimed at the implementation of the investment project for the construction of the batteries for the production of batteries. The company will produce more than five million batteries for cars and trucks per year.
On the territory of the Lyudinovsky district, it is planned to create a special economic zone, which should increase the economic indicators of the entire Kaluga automotive industry. Investments in the project for the construction of a battery factory will amount to 80 million euros.
