General meeting of shareholders of "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih"

Last week, on April 25, the annual general meeting of shareholders was held at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih. The meeting heard the report of the executive body of the company for 2018, the report of the Supervisory Board for 2018, the report of the Audit Commission for 2018, the annual report was approved, a decision was made on the distribution of profits, and members of the Supervisory Board were elected. According to the results of the work of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in 2018:

Net income from product sales amounted to UAH 68 billion.

Net profit amounted to UAH 9.51 billion.

Based on the results of the approval of the procedure for distribution of profits, it was decided to direct the profit received from the results of the financial and economic activities of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in 2018 to the development of production. The general meeting of shareholders has the right to make decisions on all issues of the enterprise's activities, including on those issues that fall within the competence of the Supervisory Board and the General Director, with the exception of cases established by law. The general meeting is convened annually and is held no later than April 30.
