In a preliminary administrative review notice released on Wednesday, the Commerce Department of Commerce announced that Turkish steel maker Colakoglu sold HRCs in the United States at below normal prices during a period spanning October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018.
As a result, Colakoglu and other Turkish HRC manufacturers were assigned a preliminary weighted average dumping margin of 2.55%, up from the current zero set in June 2019 in the previous survey.
It was established that the Turkish Erdemir group did not carry out any deliveries of rolled metal products during the period under review.
