In France, as usual, a revolution. The scandal caused by the decision of the management of Arcelormittal to stop the enterprise in the French city of Floorange, develops into the "Revolution of Trade Unions". Last night, the workers of the ARCELORMITAL FLORANGE plant, led by the trade union committee, completely blocked the production workshops and premises of the enterprise, including blasting blasts.
“From today, we take control of the plant. We will take the premises where the domain stoves are located,” said Eduard Martin, a representative of one of the main trade union associations of France - the French democratic confederation of labor (FDKTT).
The riot at the Lakshmi Mitall plant was caused by the government’s refusal to begin the nationalization procedure of the ArcelorMittal Florand company. Steel production was stopped in March this year and despite the non -trivial efforts of the company's managers and the French government, it did not work. In order to avoid the complete closure of the enterprise, the French government tried to sell part of the plant. According to unconfirmed information, negotiations were conducted with the Severstal group, which ended apparently all the abandonment of the Russian metallurgical giant.
Today, trade unions and workers of all French capabilities Arcelormittal have announced the beginning of a mass strike on Monday, if the requirements for nationalization are not satisfied.
