According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in October of this year, the Metric Commission of Ukraine reduced the export of sheet metal distribution by 7.5% compared to September. In total, during October 2012, 440 thousand 290 tons of sheet steel were sold abroad.
Including the export of a hot -rolled sheet lost about 5%, and cold -rolled sheet steel is more than 12.8%. Moreover, if we take October 2011 as a basis, then a decrease in exports is more than 15%.
For the period from January to October 2012, in comparison with the same period in 2011, the export lost 11.4% and amounted to 5 million 565 thousand 300 tons of steel sheet.
The export of flat rental from Ukraine has lost another 7.5%
