The metallurgists of the Dnipropetrovsk region, unlike their colleagues from Donbass, rapidly increase the production of steel and rental, the Ministry of Industry reports, citing the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, Alexander Vilkul.
In eleven months of 2012, the metallurgical enterprises of the region fushed cast iron and became 7% more than during the same period in 2011.
According to Alexander Vilkul at the operational meeting on the development of the industrial complex of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the production growth from January to November 2012 was exactly 7%, 4.5%, steel semi -finished products and rolled 7.2%, 7.1%pipes.
"Dnepropetrovsk region is steadily increasing the volume of industrial products. This is the result of significant work carried out in the Dnipropetrovsk region to modernize and implement new standards for the production of industrial enterprises of the region. As part of the reform program for our president Viktor Fedorovich Yanukovych and a comprehensive strategy for the development of the region in the Dnipropetrovsk region, projects are being implemented systematically aimed at improving quality and competitiveness Industrial products, the introduction of energy -saving technologies is paid to the environmental component of production, ”said Alexander Vilkul.
In total, projects related to the modernization of metallurgical production in the Dnipropetrovsk region were sent by the owners of enterprises more than 36 billion UAH. The specific expenses of fuel and energy resources are reduced by 3.5% while maintaining the growth rate of production indicators in the whole industry.
The largest metallurgical enterprise Dnepropetrovsk - PJSC Arselormittal Krivoy Rog, demonstrated an increase in the production of cast iron by 16%, became 13.6%, metal production by 11.2%.
PJSC Evraz DMZ named after Petrovsky, only in November, smelted almost one and a half times more cast iron than in the previous month and two and a half times more finished metal rolling.
CJSC NPO Trubolit increased the production of pipes in 2012 by 38.1%. Interpip Nicotyub LLC increased the production of pipe products by 16.4%, and OJSC Interpipe NMTZ add 16.4% to last year's indicators.
