India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry has announced that it has issued a final anti-dumping (AD) ruling on stainless steel flat products sourced from or imported from China, South Korea, the EU, Japan. Indonesia, USA, Thailand, South Africa, UAE, Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan with a validity period of five years.
The duty recommended by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) ranged from US $ 67 per tonne to US $ 944 per tonne, depending on the country.
The products involved in this case have HS codes 7219 and 7220.
The dumping investigation period lasted from April 2018 to March 2019, and the injury investigation period ran from 2015 to 2016, from 2016 to 2017, from 2017 to 2018, as well as the dumping investigation.
