Luma Automation plans expansion in Hungary

Luma Automation Capital Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Iron-Tech Zrt. from Szigetváru, one of the leaders in the Hungarian market for the production of precision metal products intended primarily for the automotive and railway industries. The company also supplies building elements used in other segments of industrial production.

The Hungarian company will become the sixth company in the Luma Automation group. Iron-Tech works primarily with the automotive and railroad industries. Hungary can benefit from shrinking supply chains.

The Polish company Luma Automation is now on the Hungarian market. According to the company, the value of this market lies in the rapid development of the machinery industry, also linked to the automotive industry, and close ties with the Austrian and German industries.
