Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) announced a 16-18% price increase on April 29, of which HRC will rise 16% and cold rolled coil (CRC) 18%. and the price of galvalume will be increased by 16.5%.
In addition, Usiminas raised the price by 10% in May, ArcelorMittal is planning a 17% price increase, and Gerdau will increase steel sheet and HRC prices by 12% and 15%. However, these price adjustments have not been confirmed by manufacturers.
