On Friday, an agreement was signed for the purchase of Huta Częstochowa by Liberty. Thus, the company's troubles and the threat of layoffs must end. The economic situation on the market is favorable for the launch of the plant.
An agreement was signed, and most importantly, the entire amount of the purchase was paid.
Liberty bought a metallurgical plant for 190 million zlotys.
The initial boom in the history of steel mills was fueled by a market boom and rising steel prices.
“Today, May 28, 2021, I signed an agreement for the sale of ISD Huta Częstochowa sp. Z oo in Warsaw, and Liberty Częstochowa sp. Z oo paid the entire sale price of PLN 190 million. Thus, the steel plant has a new owner, ”said Mateusz Bienioszek, manager of the bankrupt Huta Częstochowa.
