According to the State Customs Service, in December last year, the export of semi-finished products of Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises decreased by 16.2% compared to the previous month and amounted to about 71 thousand tons. At the same time, the export revenue of enterprises amounted to about 44 million US dollars, having decreased by 17.3% compared to the previous month.
Bulgaria imported most of the Ukrainian semi-finished products, with 25.55% of supplies in monetary terms.
In 2022, the export of semi-finished products amounted to almost 1.9 million tons, a decrease of 72% year on year.
