US continues to impose duties on fittings from three countries

In accordance with the final outcome of the Fast Track Fourth Review of Anti-Dumping Orders on Duties on Stainless Steel Pipe Butt Joints, the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) ruled that the repeal of existing AD duty orders on qualifying goods from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines is likely to result in a continuation or the resumption of dumping at levels from 7.51% to 33.81%.

The weighted average dumping margin for Italy, Malaysia and the Philippines was set at 26.59%, 7.51% and 33.81% respectively.
