The installation is based on several high-performance systems:
- 180 mt DC furnace: provides a production capacity of 1.5 million metric tons per year, ensuring stable throughput and energy efficiency.
- Double-station Ladle Metallurgical Furnace (LMF): improves refining processes, providing cleaner steel and better quality control of the final product.
- The Ruhrstahl-Heraeus degasser (RH): It is essential for the production of advanced and demanding steel grades needed in sectors such as automotive and construction.
- Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) with Intelligent Segment Technology: provides flexibility and maneuverability in slab production, ensuring uniformity and improved mechanical properties.
