Meanwhile, in September, average prices for second-hand housing in China's 100 major cities were 13,381 yuan/square meter ($1,885/sq.m.), down 0.74 percent month-on-month, 0.02 percentage points slower than the decline recorded in August this year, and by 7.38 percent year-on-year, which is 0.04 percentage points faster than the year-on-year decline recorded in the previous month
