The Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Review Committee of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand announced that it has made a final decision to investigate anti-dumping duties (AD) on cold-rolled stainless steel products imported from Vietnam.
The Ministry has determined that imports of these products from Vietnam are subject to dumping, which is detrimental to the Thai steel industry. As a result, the ministry has set anti-dumping duties at 9.95 percent of the CIF price for goods of Yongjin Metal Technology and Tan Viet Metal Technology Company limited and 29.40 percent of the CIF price for other Vietnamese exporters, with a validity period of five years.
