Excavator sales in China increased by 18.1 percent in January-September 2025

In September of this year, excavator sales in China totaled 19,858 units, which is 25.4 percent more than last year, as announced by the Chinese Construction Machinery and Equipment Company (CME).

In particular, in September, excavator sales in China's domestic market totaled 9,249 units, an increase of 21.5 percent year-on-year, and excavator sales to export markets totaled 10,609 units, an increase of 29 percent year-on-year.

In the period from January to September of this year, excavator sales in China totaled 174,039 units, which is 18.1 percent more than last year. In particular, in the first nine months of this year, excavator sales in China's domestic market totaled 89,877 units, an increase of 21.5 percent year-on-year, and excavator sales in export markets totaled 84,162 units, an increase of 14.6 percent year-on-year.
