Canada Initiates review of OCTG expiration from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has announced that it has initiated a review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty and Countervailing Duty (CVD) on oil Country tubular goods (OCTG) from China.

The Arbitration Court will make a decision no later than March 9, 2026 and issue a justification by March 24, 2026 on whether the expiration of the orders may lead to the continuation or resumption of dumping or subsidizing of the goods in question.

The current anti-dumping duties on this product from China amount to 166.9 percent of the export price, while the subsidy rate is 4,070 yuan/ton
