According to data from the South Korean statistical service published by RIA Novosti, in September of this year the volume of supplies almost doubled compared to the same period of the previous year. In the first nine months, the total value of aluminum goods sent from Russia to South Korea reached $988.5 million.
Over the past year, the Russian Federation was able to improve its position in the ranking of the main aluminum exporters to South Korea, moving from third to second line. The first place continues to be held by China, whose exports amounted to $154 million. The remaining places in the top five were taken by Australia (101.5 million), the United States of America (65.1 million) and India (58.7 million).
