MOC: The average price of rebar in China decreased by 0.5 percent from October 6 to October 12, 2025

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced that the average price of finished steel in China decreased slightly from October 6 to October 12 this year.

During this period, the average prices for steel channel, rebar and ordinary steel middle plate decreased by 0.8 percent, 0.5 percent and 0.3 percent weekly, respectively.

Over the same period, average prices for smokeless lump coal, coking coal and thermal coal increased by 0.8 percent, 0.6 percent and 0.3 percent per week, respectively.
