Steel production increased in October. The China Association of Metallurgy and Steel (CISA) announced that in early October (October 1-10) this year, the average combined daily crude steel production by large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China - by all CISA members - amounted to 2.032 million tons, which is 7.5 percent more than at the end of September (September 21-30).
