Dear colleagues, the Russian mining industry is entering a period of profound changes. International standards are gone, but there are still no new, recognized and reliable rules of the game.
This means that any feasibility study, investment justification, or financing application today falls into a "gray risk zone." Wrong choice of methodology, and the project may be stopped before launch.
