With the support of the UMMC Technical University, a new platform is being created for open dialogue, exchange of experience and collaboration on digital solutions that can transform production and increase the expertise of participants through familiarization with key technological trends in the industry.
The quality of the scientific agenda and discussion will be guaranteed by the members of the symposium program committee, including four academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, heads of specialized industry institutes.
The agenda of the symposium includes intelligent mining systems, digital twins of deposits and digital metallurgy, computer vision and robotics, unmanned mining dump trucks and remote control of machinery, new materials and much more. Leading experts will share their experience in implementing technologies that are already changing approaches to mining and processing.
In particular, in the section devoted to new materials and products, one of the topics will be powder metallurgy and additive technologies, which in a short time have become basic to ensure the independence of industrial enterprises from imported spare parts. Due to the development of new materials and printing technologies, it becomes possible to produce products with improved characteristics in comparison with other production methods. Taking into account other advantages, industrial enterprises save 50-60% of the budget for the purchase of parts, which is expressed in tens of millions of rubles. New developments in this and other topics will be presented for discussion by the participants of the symposium.
Participation is possible both in person with a report and remotely. In addition, participants can submit their articles, which will be included in the Proceedings of the Symposium. Registration and detailed information on the website: https://symps.nir.center .
