In the first 11 months of this year, Japanese shipbuilders received new export orders for a total of 159 vessels totaling 7.48 million gross tons, which is 27 percent less than in the previous month.
On the other hand, Japan shipped 13 vessels for export in November, totaling 578,351 gross tons, compared with 18 vessels totaling 708,153 gross tons registered in October.
Meanwhile, in the first 11 months of this year, Japan shipped 183 ships for export, totaling 7.95 million gross tons, an increase of 7.4 percent year-on-year.
