Hilco Global to sell rolling mill in the Netherlands

Hilco Industrial, an American multinational financial services company based in Amsterdam, Hilco Global, has announced that it will hold an exclusive sale of modern wire rods and rods at a rolling mill in the Netherlands.

Hilco Industrial stated that the rolling mill belonged to the Dutch steel manufacturer FNsteel, recently acquired by the German long products manufacturer Saarstahl AG, and that the mill operated until July 2025, with detailed documentation and maintenance reports.

According to the statement, the rolling mill with two production lines has an annual production capacity of more than 400,000 tons and has undergone several technological upgrades, the last of which was carried out in 2024.
