Exports of welded pipes from Turkey decreased by one percent in January-October 2025

In October of this year, exports of welded pipes from Turkey totaled 132,294 metric tons, which is 44.6 percent less than in September and 14.4 percent year-on-year, according to preliminary data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Meanwhile, revenue from these exports amounted to $124.21 million, down 39.2% from the previous month and 10.4% year-on-year.

In the first ten months of the year, exports of welded pipes from Turkey amounted to 1.68 million tons, which is one percent less, while the value of these exports decreased by 7.2 percent to $1.46 billion, year-on-year.

During the specified period, Romania was the largest export destination for welded pipes from Turkey, which received 289,356 tons, which is seven percent less year-on-year. Romania is followed by the United Kingdom with 146,951 tons, down 3.5 percent, and Iraq with 114,327 tons, down 13.1 percent from last year.
