In November this year, iron ore shipments from Australia's Port Hedland fell by 3.6 percent month-on-month and 2.1 percent year-on-year to 47,721,507 tonnes.
According to information released by the Port of Port Hedland Authority, iron ore shipments from Port Hedland to China this month amounted to 42.15 million tons, remaining stable month-on-month and up 5.5 percent year-on-year. South Korea and Japan followed China in November with 2.58 million tonnes and 1.62 million tonnes respectively.
On the other hand, iron ore shipments from Port Dampier in November this year fell 19.2 percent month-on-month and 7.4 percent year-on-year to 12.06 million tonnes.
