The DOC has previously determined that fittings from Algeria are being sold or are likely to be sold in the United States at a price below fair value. According to the preliminary results, the estimated weighted average dumping margin was set at 127.32 percent for Tosyali Iron Steel Industry Algeria SPA and all other Algerian exporters.
The final outcome of the reviews is expected to be announced within 120 days of the publication of the preliminary results.
