China's Transport FAI to Exceed RMB 3.6 Trillion in 2025

Total fixed asset investment (FAI) in transportation in China in 2025 is likely to exceed 3.6 trillion yuan ($0.51 trillion), with the addition of more than 2,000 kilometers of new high-speed railways and 8,000 kilometers of new high-speed roads, li Yang, China's vice minister of transport (MOT), said in a press release on December 23.
