The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine (ICIT) announced the beginning of a review of the validity period of the anti-dumping duty (AD) on seamless stainless steel pipes from China.
The investigation was launched at the request of the domestic manufacturer of seamless stainless steel pipes Centravis, which claims that these products were dumped and the continuation of anti-dumping measures does not contradict national interests. Thus, the panel will assess whether the cessation of anti-dumping measures will lead to the continuation or resumption of dumping and harm. The current anti-dumping duty is 41.07 percent.
Currently, the products in question fall under codes 7304 41 00 90, 7304 49 93 00 and 7304 49 95 00.
